Three new Sony bodies join the supported list: A7RV, A7RVI, and Alpha 9 III. That's the headline for version 1.7.0, alongside the Wonder 3.5 model. The Neuroserver output-size restriction is gone. Bug fixes round out the release.
Wonder 3.5
The Wonder 3.5 model is the main addition. It refines how the app handles sharpening and noise reduction. Sony A7RV, A7RVI, and Alpha 9 III owners get native RAW support. The Neuroserver limitation on output dimensions has been removed.
Core toolkit
The core tools remain a sharpening module, a denoising engine that separates detail from noise, and AI upscaling. It still runs on Apple Silicon and Intel Macs. It still requires macOS 12. The interface is still English-only. The job is unchanged: take a photo, make it clearer.
Everyday differences
Removing the Neuroserver output-size cap means batch work flows faster. You no longer stop to re-size a processed image before printing or cropping. Large files from the A7RV stay large.
Wonder 3.5 adjusts its sharpening suggestion more carefully on portraits. It pulls back on skin texture where earlier versions sometimes over-defined pores. Landscape shots get a cleaner separation between fine foliage and sky noise.
Drag raw
Drag a RAW file from Finder straight onto the app window — the import skips the file-picker dialog. Right-click any preview and choose Copy current view to drop a comparison frame into a client email or a layout app. Press D to toggle the original-preview split without moving the mouse.
The upscaling slider accepts typed values. Type 200 and press Return instead of nudging the handle. If you hold Option while dragging the sharpening slider, the preview switches to a luminance-only mask, making halos easier to spot before you commit the render.
